Jira Service Management, set up properly
I set up and look after Jira Service Management for small and mid-size teams: portal, request types, queues, SLAs, email, automation and reports. You get a fixed price up front, the work happens inside your own site, and your team gets a handover so they can run it day to day.
Who it's for
- Moving off a shared inbox or another help desk such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, and want JSM working from day one.
- Already on JSM, but it's messy: requests in the wrong queues, SLAs nobody trusts, duplicate tickets, automation that fires at the wrong time.
- No Jira admin on the team, and you need someone to make changes when the business changes.
Packages
| Package | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Quick start About 1 week |
One service space: customer portal, up to 8 request types with forms, queues, SLAs, the email channel, customer notifications, up to 5 automation rules, and a 1-hour handover session for your agents. | from US$1,500 |
| Full setup 2–3 weeks |
Up to 3 service spaces, custom workflows and fields, approvals, a knowledge base in Confluence, dashboards and reports, import of open tickets from email or CSV, and two training sessions (agents and admins). | from US$3,500 |
| Ongoing admin Monthly |
Up to 8 hours of changes a month: new request types, automations, users and permissions, and fixes. Plus a monthly health check and priority email support. Cancel anytime. | US$600 / month |
Every package includes setting up Queue Tidy to catch and merge duplicate requests, if you want it. Atlassian licences and Marketplace apps are billed by Atlassian, not by me.
How it works
- Email me what you need at support@queuetidy.com. Include how many agents you have, where requests come from today, and what isn't working. A call is optional, not required.
- Get a fixed quote within one business day, listing exactly what will be set up and when.
- Invite me as a user on your site. I never ask for passwords, and your data stays in your Atlassian site.
- Review and go live. You check each change before it reaches customers, then get a written handover and a training session.
Common questions
Do you work with Data Center or Server?
No, Jira Service Management Cloud only.
What time zone are you in?
Singapore (UTC+8). Work happens remotely, so time zones rarely matter. For training sessions, Asia-Pacific and European mornings work best.
How do I pay?
By invoice: half when you accept the quote and half at go-live, by bank transfer. Ongoing admin is invoiced monthly in advance.
What if we need more than the package covers?
The quote says up front what's included. Anything extra is quoted separately before any work starts. There are no surprise bills.
